Parmesan Chicken Whip-Up
I decided to post a couple recipes for this week’s challenge. I love making dinner in a hurry. I have a collection of quick chicken dishes that I use a lot. This recipe has been around for a long time. It runs several times a year in Miracle Whip ads. Talk about easy with flawless results every time.
This moist and juicy chicken is a quick change from the ordinary that everyone will love. Sid Pryor made this dish for many church dinners at Christ Lutheran Church.
1 cup Miracle Whip or Miracle Whip Light Dressing
½ cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1 tsp. garlic
1 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Mix Miracle Whip , cheese and oregano. Spoon mixture over chicken in 13×9-inch baking dish. Place baking dish on oven rack in top third of oven. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle with paprika as desired.

Very moist and quite good. A little too tangy for our taste so the next time I am going to try 1/2 Miracle Whip and 1/2 mayonnaise.

I was thinking, wouldn’t MW work well by coating the chicken breasts then coating with a parmesan and italian breadcrumb combination. Then back in the oven. For a side, make seasoned baked fries with a MW, chili poweder, horseradish dip. (Like they have in restaurants with deep fried onions) I think the MW would add more flavor than the mayo i’ve seen used with the breading technique. Thank you for sharing your wonderful recipes.
